Countryside Condominiums is an established community consisting of 140 residences. It is situated at N. 79th Street and Countryside Drive in Niwot, Colorado.

This quiet community neighborhood, with tree-lined streets, provides ample shade in the summer and magnificent color in the fall. The common areas have an attractive assortment of trees and shrubs. Carports are available for extra protection from the elements via an annual lottery system which takes place each November. In order to be eligible, you may fill out a form that is sent each year.

The Countryside community streets are not through roads, so there is minimal traffic. An extensive trail system, known as the LoBo trail system, is available year-round for walking or biking.

The neighborhood is within walking distance of Niwot, which boasts its own market, various shops for all your needs, and a full complement of medical establishments. Boulder and Longmont are also just a quick drive away, providing quick access to everything you need.
